Suspending your MembershipDid you know that if you are not earning an income you can suspend your ASU membership? This means you will still receive all the benefits of ASU membership without having to pay fees. If you are taking unpaid parental leave, unpaid sick leave or any other kind of unpaid leave from your work, or if you are unemployed please advise the Union office and we can suspend your membership. Complete the attached form with details of when you commenced unpaid leave and when you intend to return to paid work and return it to the ASU. We will then adjust your records.
