To comply with the Workplace Relations Act we are required to place the following information in our Branch Newsletters as soon as possible.

Our next newsletter is not due out until early 2006 at which time we will publish the financial report and send it to members. In the meantime we post the link to the financial report here for your information.

The Workplace Relations Act requires that the financial affairs of unions are checked and audited
every 12 months to make sure union funds are administered properly and to detect any
shortcomings. The National Executive and the branches of the ASU each conduct their own audit
In the audited financial report of the National Executive for the financial year ending June 30, 2005
