Written nominations, which comply with the Rules of the Organisation, must reach me by no later than 12 Noon, 21st March 2007. Nominations cannot be withdrawn after 12:00 Noon Wednesday 28 March 2007.

The ballot, if required, will open on 17 April 2007 and close at 10:00am on Tuesday 8 May 2007.
